We are finding that there are more and more employers offering zero or basic hours contracts, which does have a knock on effect to the amount of mortgage that clients can get with some providers. We have worked and continue to work with all the lenders that will look at this type of income and will then be able to work with you to get the most mortgage for you. This can often be down to length of time in a job or just on an average income. We will explore all the options and then present them to our client so they can make an informed choice.
